Hi folks
I see there's not much activity on messageboards theses and people are migrating to Facebook, which is so sad. I'm going to post on here anyway to see if there are any reactions. A bit about myself: I am retired and live in the west coast of Scotland. I am a Glaswegian, so some of the yellow, white and green buses stored at the Bridgeton Bus Garage in Glasgow may have had my bum parked on a few of them at one time or other during my long life. No, I've never been a bus driver or a bus mechanic, I'm just fascinated by old buses and since I like to take photographs, it gives me the opportunity to visit transport museums and photograph these handsome vintage vehicles. |

Nice to meet you
![]() I'm originally from Fife but now living in Singapore. A great bunch of guys on here and I was introduced to the forum by a senior gentleman from Caithness but yes, you're right, activity is sadly slowing these days. |

Thanks for your welcome.
Yes, it's sad, I did a search and most messageboards on any subject are dying. But we'll see how this goes. Maybe one or two of us can fire up this old messageboard again. Perhaps we can all find something about trucks and coaches to moan about. (I'm thinking EVs here). Nothing like a good moan and putting the World to rights - my God we need that right now! |
