Hi
Just like to introduce myself,
I'm located in the bush of Northern New South Wales, Australia on 100 acres. I recently got hold of a 1977 Tk750 with a Mexican Chev 292. It had been sitting for 5 years out in the bush and took a bit of work to get it moving to drive it safely about 350km home.It had lpg fitted and even had a full tank. The engine and drive train are very good, it started first time on gas with no clouds of smoke, but the brakes need a bit more work. It was a garden waste removal truck and has an Edbro tipper hoist and a huge arm for lifting the wool bales into the back of the truck, similar to a skip bin truck. Unfortunately the iron oxide has taken it's toll on the cab and tipper body but that is something I can work on over time. My main aim is to remove the arm and body, sides are 8ft high, and rebuild it as just a tipper for around the property. Plus the cylinder for the arm, 2 1/2" rod, will make an excellent firewood splitter. I will post photo's of it soon. Peter
