How can 'increasing' fares for pensioners lead to "Taking one bus out of circulation would save £250,000,"?
Are they suggesting withdrawing a route? Does this route depend solely on pensioners? What about other passengers? A bus has to run regardless of how many passengers (and I doubt that any operator runsduplicates these days). When did you last see a Duplicate? (As a child I thought Dupilicate (sic) was a destination . . . ) Just as, during the War, British newspapers reported that 'German bombers dropped their bombs at random' which was followed by accounts in German newspapers 'Random destroyed by German bombers' . . . . . . allegedly . . . |

These penny pinchers do not realise that for every penny they save they lose a pound, and then they will end up closing the route because no one will be able to afford to use it, crazy.
