New boy to the site
Hi, my name is Dave and I live on the coast in West Cumbria, I held a HGV 1 for a few years and had my own haulage business along with my son, now retired but my son continues driving but hauls out of Belguim to all parts of Northern England and Scotland, still interested in HGVs but not driving them, prefer my own bed to the wagon bunks, enjoying my retirement especially my time with the grand children. Hope to join in the forums now and again, but will feel my way around first.

The Coast of Cumbria?
Hello Dave
I used to live in Seascale (on the coast) and Beckermet from '56 - '72. Anywhere near your neck of the woods, or are you miles away (Silloth, Millom)? John |
