What do you guys reckon??

Hi guys,

I'm a haulier based in Liverpool and I have just joined this haulage exchange website called ????? as I have seen a few jobs in my area of interest that have been posted and just wondered if anyone else is using this website?? Just thought I'd join in as its free and other haulage exchange sites you have to pay membership, and in the current climate I cannot afford their extortionate membership fees.

I've got a job lined up today so fingers crossed, would like to hear what you guys think? has anyone else been using the website?

Thanks

I'm not a haulier so, no I haven't.

A very warm welcome, by the way, from the sunny Isle of Anglesey.

Welcome, JNTR - from a retired vehicle engineer (so no experience of what you seek).

Job is at 1500hrs with a consignment going to Huyton which is on my way back to Liverpool anyway so lets hope i get my back load filled bit wary but will keep you posted

Let us know how you get paid for the load - ie do you get cash up front or have to wait for 90 days?

Collected the load successfully, we agreed via email the contractual terms before hand. I get paid in 30 days time on completion of the job which is now done. I received my petrol costs and a bit extra so quids in really considering I was already going that direction. anyone else used it? Feel a tad silly for not joining a haulage exchange website before as always been put off by the cost, but is free so can't complain. One way to beat these damn fuel duties I suppose

Dropped the outbound load at 1400. Took just under an hour to get to the depot in donny, then returned back to Lpool/ Huyton. BTW its called having an android phone pal... can connect to the internet anywhere. Anyway I'll be happy once I get the money in. Im not complaining
