i actually didn't put anymore pics up due to the lack of interest in the thread, however thanks for the reply, it has been finnished for a while been looking at a new to do and can't see anything in the fleet that might be worth doing as there all roughly from 2002 except for about 3 good old shunters and stuff like.

if you want i could put the pics up of another project we have been doing.

I think the Foden must have turned out right, Looking at the posted pic's after the respray, the colours really suit the unit well.

ye it went from a red chassis to a black matalic and blue cab was a respray, some pars where white as they where new and fitted on the cab but a nice truck unit, it now runs daily out and about round the limestone quarries in darbyshire.

prpjects around the fleet i am thinking about.

looking at a foden 3000 alpha series from 2000 x reg, and respraying the chassis CATERPILLAR yellow and the cab black.
reason being it has a cummins cat powered engine 440hp unit and its through a paccar 15gears ZFgearbox and is a double drive rear axle tractor unit.

this unit does runs up to scotland and back quite alot delivering CATERPILLAR gen set powerbox units, and genarators for the marrine sector.
it is plated up to CAT2 so it can haul upto 62tons legal limit.

Another tractor unit is a seddon ackinson strato version 2. at the moment its a 1994 truck and in white spec as left factory from the year and is quite standard, a typical tractor unit with mid lift twinsteer axle.
this truck delivers portakabins for construction sites around the whole of the UK.

The last i was thinking was a scania P series from 1998, a high spec truck and fully loaded with all the mod cons when it left the factory that year, it does however, have no aftermarket accessories bolted to it, just standard but like i said a high spec truck.

this is a 6x4 flatbed truck in white and red paint scheme, also has a crane that folds away from behind the cab and a light bar on the cab. this truck at the moment is away down the olympic games startford park alot, delivering and setting up tower cranes and AFI lifts and such like. not sure what to do with it as a respray or anything as yet tho.
