I'm not clear about the detail
25 metres is about 80 feet. The images appear to show a smaller and a larger container (both of which appear to be lifted together:- http://img.worldcarfans.com/2008/12/...-project_3.jpg - are they connected?)
I believe that ISO containers are 20ft and 40ft modules.
Are they suggesting that every vehicle combination should be a 20ft and 40ft container?
It doesn't make sense to try and introduce a new 'standard' (considering the number of ISO containers in existence).

Makes some sense, although rear-loading facility for the front trailer would be better IMO.

Can see the advantages.

Very suitable for these loads that 'cube out' long before maximum weight is reached.
