Just thought I would share this one with you lads and lasses, I was a bit bored the other day, so I went on tinternet and found out what adblu is made up of.....Urea, a mixture of Urines from humans and animals, so next time you fill up with adblu, bear that in mind and make sure you wash yer hands good and proper, and by the way, this is not a P**** take. (pardon the pun)

Guy Martin was tanning some leather on one of his episodes of "How Britain Worked" a couple of weeks ago and he used dog p*ss from a local kennels.
That episode will probably still be on 4OD. |

If the same Elfin Safety rules apply to a kennel as does my friends cye byre in Shetland, then there must be a drain for the waste to fall through to be collected later. I just WOULDN'T want to be the bloke who collects it!

"The Colours Harris Tweed was made from 100 per cent natural and sustainable products. The wool, from the sheep (obviously). The colours themselves were sourced directly from nature – lichen and heathers. The tweed was then stretched by a process known as waulking the cloth. This involved soaking it in animal or human urine and then pounding it across a table in order to shrink it and ensure its pliability. We are assured that the cloth was thoroughly cleaned after the process." From, and more at, http://caledonianmercury.com/2010/04...t-tweed/006557 |
