Not necessarily convenient for some. When we were living in Somerset we never went to any of the locations where the Travel Shops are located (well, not on a regular basis). If it's good enough for bus drivers to give tickets instead of change then surely they should accept them in part-payment for tickets? This needs a rethink by the bus company IMO.
