Don't know that I would go that far.

But I for one, whilst emracing what we refer to, rather narrowly, as 'Christian' Principles,
have still not been able to believe in a God, whilst living in hope that one exists and that he is a more merciful entity than the religious community portray.

My personal take, and not a religious proposition or arguement.

Quite old news this one? I saw about this a couple of months ago.
Fair play to them, religious organisations are forever advertising and taking up the media to get theIr message across... why not aetheists?
Be a laugh if the satanists got in on the act

God forbid, oh what am I saying?.

Perish the thought Andy, whilst I do not believe, because I find the concept too incredible, and the anachronism of an all powerful and merciful being, using threats of eternal purgatory for any person who does not believe, too ironic for words.

The main theme of all religious teachings, is a code for people to live in harmony with one another and their environment. That I fully embrace, despite my human failings meaning I sometimes fall short.

I know you were leg pulling, (re the wink), but I totally abhor and reject any celebration of what I understand as evil. I feel that such practices are second only to the acts of paedophilic ministers of religion, for their utter depravity.

Oh dear, here I go again. Must keep my thoughts to myself. But then again, it would be a boring world if we all did that, wouldn't it?.

Don't know why that sentence keeps splitting itself on to the next line (too ironic)
would you believe it has sorted itself. Ha ha
