Advice on Finding Commercial Tools

Hi there,
can anyone give me advice on finding tools suited for working on Trucks and buses???
I've recently finished working for a council garage, who provided all specialist tools such as S cam Brake expanders and Clutch aligning tools. Now working for family firm, and having to supply everything myself. Searched net but cant find anyone who makes the above things (and cant mind make of the council's owned tools)
Any help or links much appreciated
Thanks

Have still got a couple tools "booked out" of the council's tool store.
Heading through to glasgow soon, never thought of bills, any manufacturers of such tools anyone can suggest would be great!!!

Aren't SnapOn expensive? (Though I do believe they give a lifetime guarantee. Does this apply if the franchisee changes? I believe that all SnapOn guys are self-employed . . . )
