Buda "ASB" Engine, 6Cyl 35/8x41/2 1928-30???

A Buda "ASB" (6cyl 35/8x41/2, 4.55L, 278/279 CID) was, per Gilford information, fitted to their Gilford AS6 bus in 1930 or so.
(1) Does anyone here have any old parts catalogs that ID this engine?? (two obsolete Buda parts dealers here don't recognize this designation, and my own Buda engine lists (made from US catalogs) don't list it.
(2) Does anyone here recall such an engine mentioned?? Buda had a factory in Wembley, but my understanding is that it only assembled Buda parts shipped in from the US into complete Buda engines (presumably to escape higher duties).
Please see more complete posting in the Vintage Bus/Coach forum.
Any comments appreciated! Many thxx!! Bud
