US braced as snowstorm sweeps in

I've not been able to logon to the webcam (at http://www.bigrigtravels.com/ ) on my recently-repaired laptop.
Goes from 'connecting to media' to 'ready', though my 'backup' laptop accepts the webcam OK. Probably a firewall effect - but how to diagnose and fix it? |

When I first tried the bigrig website with the home computer a box appeared automatically stating I had to 'allow' something to view it (use Norton) but unable to remember what the something was.

He was featured on a big USA show and this attracted loads of interest and he also set up his blog as mentioned.

allow activx
When you first go to the webcam a small blue toolbar should appear at the top of your screen asking you to install the activeX to run the webcam.
allow the activeX and the webcam should start to buffer and run. good luck, Les |
