Cab drivers photo M4 bus lane use

Black cab drivers angry at what they say is misuse of the M4 bus lane take photos of other vehicles they say wrongly use it.

Ah! it's a complaint against the minicab drivers (who haven't spent four years doing the knowledge . . . )

Watching the video it seems that an extra lane might reduce the congestion!

Sounds like the idea of a bus lane isn't supported by the enforcement authority.
