Newcastle Buses
Although no stranger to Newcastle my recent visit allowed me more time and noticed for the first time that there was a great variety of buses – Stagecoach, North East, Yellow Bus, which I think belonged to North East, yellow Quay Link buses and unknown ‘Ten’ buses and a few oddballs so difficult to pin down as to who ran them.
I had no intention of using a bus but visitors to Newcastle may be confused at first by the array of colourful buses, up my way it’s made easier - Stagecoach throughout. |

You forgot Arriva, (which evolved from United) - though many of their 'central' routes have recently been taken over (bought) by Go North East (was Go Northern / Northern General Transport) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_North_East
