decodeing of chassis number
hello im trying to work out if my leyland leopard will be tax exempt or not im told all info is in the chassis number as it is based on when chassis was built not when vehicle first registered like i thought .my chassis number is 7301534.some how i need to work out how to split it down and what each bit represents thankyou .
