I'm one (Belgian) part of 'oilyracer', a 2 man
club....the other part is resident in Bradford, Leeds
We spend most of our free time building vintafakers, vehicles build out of old abandoned parts, trying to give them a second more
racy -ish live.
For our newest project I bought an old Commer TS3 two stroke diesel engine out of an old bark in Scotland. Unfortunately the gears were totally altered
for maritime use and not reparable.
Does anyone of you maybe know if that TS3 gearbox was used on other types of lorries or is there another brand/type of gearbox that fits on the TS3 engine? Or even better ...does anybody knows one laying around somewhere?
It would help us a lot!!
