I'm not clear about the detail
25 metres is about 80 feet. The images appear to show a smaller and a larger container (both of which appear to be lifted together:-

I believe that ISO containers are 20ft and 40ft modules.
Are they suggesting that every vehicle combination should be a 20ft and 40ft container?
It doesn't make sense to try and introduce a new 'standard' (considering the number of ISO containers in existence).
