Error over Emergency exit
A football fan who fell to his death from a moving coach may have drunkenly mistaken the emergency exit for the toilet.
He plunged from the vehicle on to a motorway and was struck by a car.
Despite the efforts of an off-duty doctor, the Manchester United fan died at the scene from his injuries.
He was travelling home to Newport, South Wales, after watching his team play Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday.
