Thanks Ian and Andy, for raising, and dealing with the query.
I had thought it may be contentious, but had concluded that as the agency was a government sponsored non frofit making organisation, and if I explained the purpose of the entry, It would probably meet the criteria and also satisfy any copyright issues.
