Well, I'm not surprised. The young people (in hoodies) rarely complaints on late buses and such things. They only argue about payment and such things. But I have many time heard both men and women in ages 25-60 complaining on everything to me... and one time a woman called the office complaining that I had called her grandma some things I never called anyone in my life...
All because they did not get off the bus when the doors were open, and therefore got mad at me for not letting them off.
