Some type of rapid transit bus, but you should have a plate somewhere defining the manufacturer or bodybuilder.
Specific styling features are the small low-down destination/route panel (rather than a full-width one above the windscreen) and the arrow-shaped indicators.
What make of engine is fitted?
GM made transit buses of varying designs over many years, but I cannot find one exactly like yours.
