my r4 was the early 6 volt, deckchair seats ,the original petrol miser compared to my current guzzler but different times & needs i guess we have our wheels to do a job mine is a tow car at 18 mpg...

hi had a 'squiz' at the site too owned the r4 for a short while parts too hard to get by the time i got it wish it was still in the shed but then i would need an acre sized shed geof the darloboy

it all depends if one makes driving boring white line fever is a problem for some & not others the longest trip was about 8,500 kms 10 days inc a day laid over for 2 tyres for the trailer blew them...
