Did you find the problem? I’ve got similar issues, I have replaced a broken spring on the compressor delivery valve but not cured it. Compressor head coming off next. Any tips welcome.

Have you looked into registering it as a motor home? There is a list of features needed for it to qualify on the DVLA website but I don’t know if there is a weight limit?
