RE this web site recovery vehicle and tyre fitters I got run over while working at an accident (rec veh) in 1988. 2yrs off work,retired now but just out of hosp last sept after 8th op on my leg :mad:

Another one on the A9 is Ballinluig Services, about 1/2 hour north of Perth
open 7.00AM 10.00PM 7days :D

canadian ford

when i was a young apprentice mechanic in 1958 we had a 7 ton canadian ford as a recovery vehicle with a
v8 petrol engine always remember the throttle was in between the clutch and brake (scarey)...

Drove one for 16 yrs as a recovery vehicle in the north of scotland. i think its still around I will try and get some photos
