Bus services are restored at a York estate after the city council agrees to enforce restrictions on parking in the area.

Much more direct action, like withdrawing services is needed in many areas, to get some action on the diabolical obstructions on some roads.

You cannot have cars nose to tail on both sides of these estate roads, even if there is just room to squeeze through. Because of the ever present danger of little ones running out and there being nowhere to go to avoid them.
Plus the implications for emergency vehicles.

Totally agree Energumen, especially in the case of emergency vehicles, its just a disaster waiting to happen :(
