Urgent Assistance Needed: Ford IDS Not Recognizing VCM3
 

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue where IDS no longer recognizes my Ford VCM3. I have the latest software installed and can connect and read the device in the VCI Manager. However, in the VCI Manager details, it shows the VCI software version but does not display the PC version.

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance!
