This seems to work well in Uganda, I wonder if they'll really catch on in other developing countries? The Kayoola looks like it has potential.....

I noticed it was preceded by a tow-truck - essential precaution for an emerging technology vehicle.

It looks like it's just freewheeling down that hill! :D
