Bowen Travel Group, which incorporates six holiday firms, has 38 branches and a fleet of 132 coaches.
The group is made up of Bowen Travel, LF Bowen, Jeffs Coaches, York (Bros) Northampton, Bowen Travel Transport and Woottens Luxury Travel.
Bowen had been affected by the "depressed leisure sector".
A total of 393 workers have been made redundant immediately.

I think Bowen's took over Anderton Coaches, of Keighley, quite a few years ago.
