Coach driver and boss face jail after death crash.

A coach driver and his boss - both from Burntwood, Staffordshire - are facing jail after admitting manslaughter in relation to a road crash that killed a married couple.
Oughton and his boss John Lote, 60, pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Leeds Crown Court on the grounds of gross negligence.
This was namely because the coach involved in the collision was not kept in a safe and roadworthy condition, the braking system had not been checked and maintained and appropriate safety checks had not been carried out.
