Cardiff Bus has been found guilty of “serious misconduct” over its illegal actions to drive a smaller rival off the road – but escaped without punishment.

A spokesman for Cardiff Bus, which is fully owned by the council and pays a £250,000-a-year dividend back into the public purse, welcomed the decision.
