Free bus travel
 

A question was posed in today's PM Questions in Parliament about operators issuing tickets for longer (and therefore more expensive) journeys than were actually being taken, thus inflating the cost of concessionary travel.
The response sounded weak . . .

I mentioned in an earlier post, why wont the bus companys issue us with return tickets, they should be cheaper?
