1970’s bus magazine photograph….
 

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a bit of help with a needle in a haystack request; my father once appeared in a photograph in a bus magazine in the 70’s. He was a young man in his early 20’s then with, I think, shoulder length hair and in the picture he was in mid flight hopping off the back of a bus, quite possibly taken outside Saltcoats train station. He thinks it was around the mid to late 70’s but again the details are scarce.

It is my fathers 70th birthday coming up and I would love to track down the picture to frame it for him. Does anyone with a 70’s collection of Buses magazine or Bus & Coach or any other bus related magazine recognise the description of the picture?

Like I said, needle in a haystack but worth asking the question.
