Bus company in trouble after the deadly accident

After the accident in Sveg 2nd of april where three teens died an investigation was started by both the police and thee Swedish Accident Investigation Authourity. At first the driver was investigated and under suspicion for causing the accident and involuntary manslaughter. But as the investigation goes on and the media have started their investigation the suspicion is now against the company itself.
The 27th of october, the bus failed the yearly vehicle inspection. A noice from the wheel bearing on the right front wheel indicated that it was faulty. The failed inspection meant that the bus had to return for an inspection in one month.
11 th november it returned and failed again, because of the bearing still being faulty.
The bus had since the first inspection rolled 5700 km, which is not allowed.
One month later, the companys own workshop did an inspection after changing the wheel bearing.
And here the trouble part starts.
The companys own workshop are allowed to inspect the vehicle after doing repairs and then the bus will be permitted to drive for one whole year.
And it does not end there:
On the accident site there is a skid mark from a single, right wheel, indicating that a single wheel (not a double mount) locked just before the driver lost control and crashed.

The investigation from the accident investigation authority will probably be finished in a year, but the police investigation might be finished before.
Only then we will know for sure what happened that morning.

People that have already booked travels with the company have cancelled them after the media coverage.

With the latest events in Sweden I think this accident will be far down in the agenda in the media for some time so I don't think I will have any more info to post for a long time either. Until the investigation is done maybe.
