You most likely know but a lot of Highlands buses came via western SMT

Great photos. These buses have so much style and character compared with the buses of today. When I was a kid in the 1970s there were still buses around that had been in service from the 1950s.

The link provided above may have 'diffused' over time as things have been added - this one might just 're-target' on the material.

excellent photos of highland scottish buses. I must confess to being biased towards scottish bus group photos or discussions as eastern and later midland scottish were the predominant operator in my area
