Newbie from Dubbo, NSW Australia

Hello to all members!

I'm Joe Hupp and I live in Dubbo, NSW, Australia. I am a avid truck photographer, specialising in the older trucks! Recent floods have brought out my modern truck prodigy as they had a heck of a lot of people photographing them!

If you want to know more, ask me! I don't bite!

I look forward to seeing your photographs, maybe ones of types that we don't see in the UK - or ones that came from the UK originally and have survived (whereas the UK ones have been scrapped).

G-CPTN,

I have just posted a photo of a Kenworth K108 in the Gallery - have a look!

Yes, I saw that - we don't get many KWs here - and no doubles (as yet).

I'm certainly enjoying the additional variety!

Many thanks and please stay around and show us some more.

Gidday Joe,
Welcome aboard, I'm very pleased to see another member from this part of the world. Plus one that is obviously very knowledgeable, which I'm not.
This is a great site, you'll enjoy it.

Now for a question, as you said you don't bite.

I saw many long B-dubs heading to and from Sydney at Bathurst. What happens when they get to the Blue Mountains as the long ones can't cross. Are they split in Lithgow, or do they go via the Bell Line.

Mike
