Very nice blind sider there Les, even if there was a cut in film.

Clearly there was not much room for leg winding in the first bay, so that winding shot was taken, probably on a dock bay?.

I did though notice the anti clockwise driving circuit, was it an ex Safeway Depot?.

Hi Bobjork, Les and myself had discussed in an earlier thread, how many older Safeway shops had delivery areas which were laid out more suited to left hand drive vehicles than right hand drive. This Depot similarly is less usual in the UK, having anti clockwise traffic circulation.

Safeway was originally an American Company.

Hi G-Cptn. If the trailer has been dropped correctly, it should slide the last few inches off the early risers, meaning that when you pick up, there should be enough clearance to pull forwatd enough to get at the handle. Though with todays air suspension, this is unnecessary as the suspension lifts it enough to pull forward.

Aha, as I said, to me it looks normal, but that probably because I am driving on the left side and the garage under my house is anti-clockwise. :)

Yes it is an ex safeway yard designed by yanks putting us all on the blind side well spotted.
Actually my reverse was good side, it seams to be a opticall illusion of the camera in the mirror,The space i reversed into had a concreet devider on the winding handle side which was handy to place the cam on to film the trailer drop.

PS, the film forward jumps are coused by the free editing software that came with the cam.they now want 24£ for full version software.

Hi Les, you are of course correct about it being sighted side, strange illusion that. It would also explain why the gap between the bay boundary lines is wider in the winding shots than that in the reversing shots. They were on different side of the vehicle.
