Hello from Devon, UK
Hi all,
Just joined the forum. I am waiting for my Provisional PCV license to come through and then I shall start my driver training with Stagecoach Southwest. Looking forward to this very much. Very different to my previous jobs. Best wishes. |
Welcome to the T&B Forum, feel free to join in with photos and comments.

Welcome to T&B Forum DevonBusman.
I look forward to reading of your experiences. I don't think we have any active busdrivers on here - at least if there are they've kept very quiet. I was talking with one of our local service-bus drivers and mentioned that Hong Kong operated without timetables. Due to the variation of traffic conditions that occur when it rains (and the traffic grinds to a halt) they just push them in at one end then turn them around and push them back in at the other when they pop out. I suggested that he might enjoy a trip there if he was an enthusiast. He replied that he detested bus driving, but, having become unable to bricklay due to a medical problem, busdriving was the best job he could manage. However he said that he was much worse off financially. |
Hello and welcome to the forum, enjoy and all the best.

A very warm welcome from the usually sunny Isle of Anglesey. I hope you're not a busman in Plymouth!;):D:D:D

Thanks coastie but what makes you ask this? |
My Brother is a taxi driver there!:D

That could get "interesting".:D:D:D Bus driver vs Taxi driver.:eek::eek:
Greetings, and Welcome, from West Yorkshire. |
Our Grandad was a Bus driver for many years and Ray (my Brother) always wanted to follow in his footsteps but it never seemed to happen.
