I was going through Bromsgrove and in the distance could see a ministry check. A policeman put his hand up and instructed me to go left into a layby, but, just before the layby was a small road with a Cortina waiting to join the road and decided to set off when I was halfway past him, the spread axle did`nt half make a mess but fortunately no injuries.
