The very reason my younger brother chucked the job and became a market trader! He worked on bus maintenance at a Bus Garage in Oxfordshire for a number of years when he left the RN.

Not exactly ripping the roof off, But after unloading a heavy piece of kit under a canopy I did manage to strip the ventilators off the top of the Luton I was using. My boss said (expletives deleted to avoid offending the sensitive!).
