Swedish prince in accident with bus

Today the big newspapers (or at least the great tabloids that always have something sensational to tell) gave us the news that a bus had been in a minor incident with a car.
But... it was a major accident that chocked everyone (according to the papers that is) because the car was driven by Swedish Prince Carl Philip, Duke of Värmland.

One of the papers (in swedish but with pics)

This was a typical minor incident that usually goes unnoticed but if it inolves a prince, then of course it is world news...

Prince stopped, bus didn't??

If that's the case, in this Country at least, that is the bus drivers fault.

Thats correct. And it's the same here. If you crash into the rear of another vehicle, usually you're at fault. Unless you can prove that the other car changed to your lane and breaked or something similar (that is, you can prove that you weren't driving to close to the vehicle)

A dash cam was fitted to that wagon which collided with that car which was coming onto a motorway onto the wrong carriageway and the wagon rolled over. The footage was clear to see that it wasn't the wagon drivers fault.

I have a dash cam in my own car. Good to have if a nutcase change lane into my car or anything else that can be hard to prove and become a "pay my own damage"-case.
