Welcome, darloboy.
Don't worry about the time-zone difference - there are people such as myself who keep unusual hours, so your contributions will be appreciated.

My father lived in Darlington when he was a young boy - though I'm not certain where (and I can no longer ask him . . . ). I think it was Stanhope Road. When the 1921 Census is released in 2022 I might find out.

That's if you live that long!!

Seriously though, welcome darloboy from a currently very wet but usually sunny Isle of Anglesey.

I also am one of the members on here who keeps unusual hours and am likely to be on whenever you might think that the UK is asleep.

I'll set up a fan and also start blowing at the clouds to see if I can send them your way.
