I'm a member of a few Citroen related forums, I'm an admin on one aswell, hence I know I sounded a tad dumb asking about the picture, but I have inserted the [IMG] code correctley... odd!

Oh well..

Anyway, for anyone interested in largely BX fora then there's
www.bxclub.co.uk/forum
www.bx16valve.co.uk/forum

or the best one (although it's for adults only with humour and language that goes with it!) www.bxproject.co.uk/forum
unless you're a member you can't see a lot of it, but you'll get the idea!

If anyones interested I'll do a thread about the bus at some point, and maybe one for my ambulance, and possibly one for the Leyland Roadtrain and Buffalo, if I ever get around to them!

You're not wrong actually!
Andre's parents, or grand parents or something were fruit sellers, back in the day when second names weren't common place, so they chose Citron as a name, only added the ë to sound a bit posher I guess, so they became Citroën, and Andre being not at all self important named his company after himself!

Yeah.. direct from the school of "should really get out more" I guess!
Although Andre was a rather interesting bloke, and was full of good idea's about making money, so quite why Citroën never made it on thier own I dont know really..

Maybe we should have a Citroen Forum!!
NO!!!

I once had the self cancelling function break. I actually prefered it after a while.
