Sorry, I have no means of 'publishing' these photographs other than Photobucket - I no longer possess a scanner or a suitable camera (it died when I fell in the river).
Edited to add that the Photobucket links still work for me (but I am logged-in).
Further edited to add that I am investigating whether I can 'share' these.
