Sorry I'd forgot I had posted on here, all sorted turned out to be a tiny burr on a bearing caseing .

Oh and Myles you were right about that oil pressure switch thread 1\4" NPT .

Hi renewing big end bearings and rings (Bedford TK 330) engine still in.
They are in and torqued at 68 lbf . standard shells .
Engine is tight very tight in fact ,it moves but with a large flat...

Yes Bedford 330 . I only ask for the thread size as I'm putting a oil pressure gauge in and need the correct tee piece . really don't want to be tightening up the wrong one as the only diffence...
