what happened to these two firms

Hi, could any body tell me what happened to Morfa Transport and Griffiths Nant-y-derry? I remember these two firms well my dad used to drive for them. I have fond memories going with him when I was a boy. I wonder does any body have any pictures of Morfa Atkis and some pictures of Commer TS3's of Griffiths Nant-y-derry.
