Leyland clutch master cylinder
1 Attachment(s)
Hi there, we have got a 1987 Leyland Daf Roadrunner (yes, it's a horsebox!!) and the clutch master cylinder has gone and we need to source on mega urgently. The two part numbers we have are ACU7827 and an alternative of LM15034.
Please can anyone suggest where we might find one or alternatively an alternative one that would work. We have searched the Internet without any success and are desperate. Thanks loads for any help you can give us. |
Most reasonable motor factors will have catalogues listing equivalent parts.
If your local motor factor can't help, ask them if they know of truck motor factors. |

Hi there G-CPTN and thank you for your reply. Sadly neither of them have stock at the moment. We have found one at £450 (!!!) but we're hoping to find a cheaper one.
Like your username, do I detect an aircraft reg there? I have flown on and off for years so it kinda stood out! |

Do you actually need a new one or would a repair kit suffice? It would be a lot cheaper if available.

Sadly we need a new one as the old one is badly corroded and really has seen better days plus it's the time factor. We have sold the lorry and the new owner is waiting to collect it! |
There are companies that recondition corroded master cylinders by re-boring and inserting a stainless steel sleeve
