I used to interview job candidates and would not have taken it seriously
if it appeared on a CV. About as trivial as being able to make a cup of tea or have the ability to get up each morning.

In this age of government "think tanks" why doesn't someone investigate how much taxpayers money is being utterly wasted on frivolous bureaucracy?

I've been in a bar. Does that count?

Yes Alan, I would have thought that being able to go into a bar and order oneself a drink is as good as being able to catch a bus.

Perhaps being able to catch a bus after having a few in the bar would attract a BA(Hons).

I remember an inspector putting his hand on my shoulder one day and saying "next time you nip into the Rose and Crown Take your hat off" Real gent he was.
