Car makers Renault, Nissan and Daimler are to join forces and swap share stakes in three-way global tie-up.
Daimler is to give Renault and Nissan, which are already partners, a 3.1% stake in its business in exchange for Daimler taking 3.1% stakes in both Renault and Nissan.
