Please have a look at the attached picture, is there anything wrong with it.

Conflicting signs is it a junction on right or CROSS ROADS. 2nd sign partly covering sign under National Speed Limit and I would have thought it should be SOLID white line in centre of road.
Other than that no can't see any thing wrong

Ian where in the Highway code does it show a sign on a yellow background? Had the sign partly obscuring the national speed limit sign been just a triangle then it would be hiding nothing!

I suspect that the photograph has been taken using a 'telephoto' lens which foreshortens the environment, and that there is a junction immediately on the right, followed by a crossroads hidden in the dip beyond.
The camera is positioned within the 30mph limit which ends at or near the crossroads (difficult to tell because of the foreshortening).

Yes it was a zoom lens, I was trying to show that the NSLA sign was partly obscured, the sign warning of the junction was right on the corner, would it be easy to see if you were driving.

There is a corresponding sign on the offside of the road.
I suspect that there may be a 'camera warning' sign on the nearside NSLA sign? (and that is obscured from the camera position).

Yes you are correct, but that is also partly obscured by trees, I didn't notice that till you pointed it out.
